1. Licenses, not files

Purchasing a pack grants you the commercial usage license shown on its product page. The audio files remain the intellectual property of SampleCity and its producers. You may use the sounds in your own musical works — commercial or non-commercial — but you may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw files, in whole or in part.

2. Royalty free

You owe no additional royalties on works that incorporate our sounds, regardless of revenue or stream count, within the limits of the license tier purchased. Exclusive licenses transfer exclusivity from the date of purchase; the pack is removed from sale thereafter.

3. Downloads

Download links are personal, expire after the period stated at purchase, and are limited to a fixed number of retrievals. You can re-download active purchases from your account page. Sharing download links is a breach of these terms.

4. Refunds

Because packs are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once a download has begun, except where required by law or in the case of demonstrably corrupted files, which we will replace or refund.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, license abuse, or redistribution of purchased content.
